Who we are

The Gongaware Group (“we”, “us”) is a dance music talent agency based in the United States. If you have any questions about this policy or your information, email paul@thegongawaregroup.com.

What we collect

When you send a booking request, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, company, address, the event details (artist, date, venue, budget, schedule) and your message. We never ask for payment card details on this site.

When you browse the site, our hosting provider and font provider (Google Fonts) receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type so they can deliver the pages. The site also remembers whether you prefer the grid or list view of the roster, stored only in your own browser. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your request, check artist availability, prepare offers and contracts, and keep a record of bookings. We don't use it for marketing unless you ask us to keep you updated.

Who we share it with

We share booking details with the artist's team when it's needed to arrange your event, and with service providers that help us run bookings, such as our booking platform and email and form providers. They may only use it to provide their service to us. We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

We keep booking requests and related correspondence for as long as we need them to handle the booking and for our business, tax and legal records.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights under local law. Email us and we'll respond within the time the law requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
